Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have cut the price of their Georgia mansion by a whopping $1 million in an effort to get a buyer to make an offer amid their ongoing money woes.
The 15,000-square-foot property that boasts seven bedrooms,11 bathrooms, a spa, heated pool and six-car garage is now being sold for $4.5 million, per online records.
“No detail was overlooked during the building and customization of this home!” the listing states.
This is the second time the “Don’t Be Tardy” alums — who are in the midst of a divorce — have slashed the home’s price.
It was originally put on the market for $6 million in October 2023, and then reduced by $500,000 to $5.5 million last December after two months of no movement on the sale.
The latest price reduction comes just as the bank is threatening to foreclose the property because Zolciak, 45, and Biermann, 38, have “defaulted on their mortgage.”
Truist Bank said in court documents obtained by Pvnew this month that it “intends to exercise its rights” if the pair’s debt isn’t paid in full via the sale of the house.
The Milton, Ga., mansion previously faced foreclosure in 2014 and then again in February 2023, but Zolciak and Biermann were able to settle the debts both times before losing their lavish digs.
However, the former couple’s financial issues have taken a turn for the worse in recent months.
Despite going through toxic marital issues — which include allegations of abuse – both are facing numerous lawsuits.
Biermann, for his part, is being sued by his former divorce lawyer and a car company for unpaid bills. He is also ordered to pay $230,000 in a separate bank lawsuit alongside Zolciak.
Meanwhile, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum has also been sued by a credit card company for more than $150,000 and Target for additional unpaid bills.
In recent months, Zolciak has been grasping to make money any which way she can, including by selling her and her family’s designer goods — like Biermann’s Louis Vuitton sneakers — and trying to cash in on the cheating rumors surrounding the exes with clickbait news for profit.
Biermann has blamed Zolciak for their financial problems, claiming the former Bravolebrity is a gambling addict who lost $1.5 million throughout their 12-year marriage.
The former NFL pro’s attorney also previously said, “Every month Kroy has to scratch enough money together to pay the mortgage to save the home from going into foreclosure; they are getting collection notices and now lawsuits on behalf of creditors.”
Zolciak’s rep declined to comment on the latest update about the reality star’s house or her money woes.
