Earth to Angels.
Victoria’s Secret has brought back some of its most well-known models as the brand announced the debut of its new The Icon by Victoria’s Secret collection Wednesday, including Gisele Bündchen, Naomi Campbell, Adriana Lima and Candice Swanepoel.
The four stars (minus Campbell) were previously known as Victoria’s Secret Angels before the underwear company underwent a major rebranding and overhaul in 2020 after much controversy.
Lima previously rejoined Victoria’s Secret for a perfume campaign earlier this year after officially retiring from the company in 2018 while Bündchen and Campbell haven’t walked the runway for the brand since 2005.
Swanepoel lasted the longest at VS, remaining an Angel until the show was cancelled in 2019.
Models Hailey Bieber, Emily Ratajkowski, Paloma Elsesser, Sui He and Adut Akech all also star in the new campaign, sporting the collection — which drops Thursday but is available now for members of the brand’s loyalty program — in the retailer’s sexy ads, which were shot by photographer Mikael Jansson.
In one photo, Campbell joins Akech in the Icon by Victoria’s Secret Push-Up Demi Bra ($55), with the legendary catwalk queen wearing a black style of the bra with a string thong ($19) while Akech wears a hot pink version with a matching lace cheeky panty ($19).
Gisele — who debuted another campaign this week for footwear brand Arezzo — sports a classic black set featuring the brand’s cheeky panty in her black-and-white solo shot, while Bieber models a bold garter thong panty ($40) along with fishnet thigh-highs ($35) in her ad.
Meanwhile, Ratajkowski rocks a black strappy panty ($30) and matching satin robe ($100) with her Icon push-up bra.
According to the brand, the bra “features a first-of-its-kind lifting and shaping technology that is customized to enhance the wearer’s natural shape” and includes convertible straps and a signature lace pattern “that disappears under clothes.”
The collection includes sizes ranging from 32A-44DDD and XS-XXL in neutral hues as well as fun shades like pink and deep green.
Along with starring in the sultry new ads, Victoria’s Secret announced that “select talent from the campaign” will also be walking in the Victoria’s Secret World Tour, the brand’s reimagined fashion show.
Streaming on Amazon Prime September 26, the part fashion show, part documentary will include a performance by Doja Cat, who wears a daring see-through look for the program.
