Jeff Lewis is waiting for a text back from Kyle Richards after his “lesbian on Ozempic” joke.
The “Flipping Out” alum told TMZ Wednesday that he texted his “Housewife” pal at 6:30 that morning following his “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” appearance Tuesday night.
“I’ve yet to hear back,” the real estate speculator, 53, admitted with a worried expression.
When asked whether the “Real Housewife of Beverly Hills” star is “upset” with him,” Lewis replied, “I don’t know. I hope not.”
The interior designer clarified that Richards is a “friend” of his, and he was “totally joking” when he spoke about her on “WWHL.”
He explained, “I was poking fun at the absurdity of all the rumors going around that she’s a lesbian and she’s on Ozempic. I simply meant it as a joke.”
During Tuesday’s show, Andy Cohen asked Lewis for his thoughts on Richards — and the “Jeff Lewis Live” host sarcastically said he was “pissed” at the “Little House on the Prairie” alum.
“Kyle and I are friends, and … she didn’t tell me she’s a lesbian on Ozempic,” he joked.
As the audience laughed and Cohen, 55, cracked up behind his cue cards, Lewis’ fellow guest, Heather McDonald, also poked fun at rumors that Richards is dating country singer Morgan Wade and using the diabetes drug.
“Did you guys know that one of the side effects of Ozempic is lesbianism?” the comedian, 53, asked viewers. “Your ring falls off because you’re so thin, and then your ring slips into someone else.”
Laughing, Lewis replied, “Oh, so I could get even gayer on Ozempic.”
Richards, 54, has clapped back at accusations about her love life and her weight loss multiple times this year, most recently telling Pvnew that she has too much “terrible anxiety” to try semaglutide — even as other Bravolebrities admit to it.
“I can say that I have never tried it and I have never taken it,” she claimed in May. “I’m not on any weight loss drug. … That would scare me to death.”
At the time, she credited her personal trainer, Cory Gregory, instead. He also trains Wade.
Richards has been friends with the 28-year-old songwriter since 2022, clarifying last month that they are only “very good friends” following her and husband Mauricio Umansky’s split.

However, the duo made headlines on Friday when news broke that Richards will star in Wade’s “Fall in Love With Me” music video amid romance speculation.
“If they’re gonna talk, you might as well give them something to talk about,” the actress said via Instagram of playing the “Wilder Days” crooner’s love interest in the video, out Thursday.
Wade chimed in, “We thought it would be a good idea kind of to … troll the trolls a little bit.”
Richards and Umansky, 53, were married for 27 years before separating in July. Their relationship’s fallout will appear on “RHOBH” as cameras picked back up during the drama.
