Sophia Bush is seeking to uphold the terms of her prenuptial agreement with her estranged husband, Grant Hughes, amid their divorce.
The “One Tree Hill” alum asked that a Los Angeles judge not award spousal support to either herself or the entrepreneur in court documents obtained by Pvnew Wednesday.
Bush noted via her lawyers that the “exact nature and extent of the separate property assets and debts of the parties is unknown at this time.”
However, they added that “each party shall be awarded his/her respective separate property assets and debts pursuant to the terms of the agreement signed by the parties prior to their marriage.”
All community and quasi-community property is also set to be divided according to the terms of the prenuptial agreement, per the court docs.
The actress, who rose to fame on the hit drama for nine seasons, has a reported net worth of $11 million.
Grant, meanwhile, is successful in his own right with an estimated $6 million fortune.
He co-founded FocusMotion, a machine-learning software company that tracks movement through body sensors and delivers personalized health advice to its users. The late Kobe Bryant invested in it in 2016.
Aside from forgoing spousal support, the estranged couple will also not seek any child support, as they did not have any kids together.
Bush and Hughes, both 41, were married for a little over a year. They tied the knot at the Philbrook Museum of Art in Tulsa, Okla., on June 11, 2022.
The “Chicago P.D.” alum cited “irreconcilable differences” in her Aug. 4 divorce filing and listed the date of separation as June 27, so they had been apart for a few weeks prior to announcing the news.
However, the split still came as a surprise since Bush had commemorated their wedding day this year on social media.
“Today marks 365 days of calling you ‘husband,’” the “Good Sam” alum and producer captioned a since-deleted post on Instagram in June.
“Best decision of my life. It still feels just like this. Ecstatic. Running toward the future, grinning and laughing, together. I love you, my favorite. Happy Anniversary
