Gisele Bündchen is staying positive following her high-profile divorce from Tom Brady last year.
“Breakups are never easy, especially when there’s a whole media speculating every step of the way,” the supermodel told Vogue Brasil in an interview published Tuesday that was translated from Portuguese.
“I’ve always trusted that every situation, no matter how challenging, has something to teach us and happens for our growth.”
Bündchen — who shares son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian Lake, 11, with Brady — told the magazine that instead of focusing on the negative, she’s shifting her attention to “my children, my health and my projects and dreams.”
Bündchen’s positive outlook comes 10 months after she and Brady called it quits on their 13-year marriage.
The exes confirmed their split in October 2022, revealing that they had finalized their divorce “amicably” and would continue to be friends for the sake of their children.
“My priority has always been and will continue to be our children whom I love with all my heart,” Bündchen, 43, wrote via Instagram at the time. “We will continue co-parenting to give them the love, care and attention they greatly deserve.”
“We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way,” Brady said in his own statement.
“We wish only the best for each other as we pursue whatever new chapters in our lives that are yet to be written,” he added.
As Pvnew previously reported, the former NFL star, 46, has recently been romantically linked to Russian supermodel Irina Shayk.
Last month, the two were seen getting touchy-feely in Brady’s car after a sleepover at his Los Angeles home.
“This is something new and, at the moment, it’s totally casual,” a source told us at the time.
Amid the budding romance, Bündchen has continued to support her ex — at least on social media.
On Tuesday, she left the folded hands emoji in the comment section of Brady’s Instagram post after the retired footballer reflected on the relationships in his life.
Following his birthday trip to Africa, Brady wrote: “It was another special reminder that life is TRULY about relationships and memories. This past week of my birthday I have had much time to reflect and be grateful for all the incredible blessings.”
As for Bündchen’s love life, the supermodel was spotted having fun with her hunky personal trainer, Joaquim Valente, in the months following her split from the former NFL player.
However, an insider told us that the two were merely friends.
