Whitney Port — who recently admitted her husband was concerned about her being “too thin” — was spotted carrying a packed lunch after revealing she’s “working” on her relationship with food.
The “Hills” alum, 38, was pictured with a container of fruit and a box of salad while walking into a friend’s house in Los Angeles Saturday.
The fashion icon wore a black crop top, which exposed her midriff, with a pair of matching black leggings.
She completed the sporty ensemble with a pair of white sneakers and a silver handbag slung over her shoulder.
The former reality star went makeup free for the outing.
Port recently updated fans on her health journey when she shared an Instagram Story of her late night snack run to Baskin Robbins.
“Came back to LA just to go to another strip small for my favorite delicacies,” she wrote on social media last week.
“I’m obviously working on understanding my relationship with food so I can be the healthiest version of myself, I want to build myself and be strong for my bones and I fully commit to focusing on my personal health,” she went on.
A few weeks prior, the former Teen Vogue employee revealed that her husband, Tim Rosenman, had expressed concern that she was “too thin.”
“Timmy brought it to my attention, as a good husband should, and said it’s not just something strangers are spewing. He has been worried about me,” she shared on her Instagram Story last month.
However, it wasn’t until Port stepped “on the scale” that she realized she was setting an “unhealthy example.”
“I eat to live, not the other way around. … I always feel hungry but I just don’t know what to eat. It’s not how I want to look or feel though,” she candidly shared.
The “City” alum went on to explain that she’s “too lazy to make feeding [herself] a priority.”
“I’m too picky when it comes to taste and quality. Both are unacceptable,” she said.
The fashion designer previously admitted that, at one time, she was eating less than 1000 calories per day.
“[That’s] as bad as it has ever gotten,” she revealed in 2010.
“It’s hard to have that balance of wanting to look good but stay healthy. It’s a push [and] pull.”
Port, who wed Rosenman, 46, in November 2015, shares her 6-year-old son Sonny with the TV producer.
Sadly, the couple have experienced multiple miscarriages while attempting to expand their family.
