Gwyneth Paltrow has listed her luxe Montecito, Calif., guesthouse on Airbnb, meaning a lucky fan and a guest of their choice will have the opportunity to stay on the Oscar winner’s sprawling $5 million property.
Though Paltrow, 50, described the abode as a “beautiful little guesthouse,” it’s certainly far from little.
Located in the backyard of her 14,000-square-foot main house, the Goop founder recently gave her Instagram followers a tour of her “sanctuary for respite and mental clarity,” which she designed herself.
“Welcome!” she exclaimed as she opened the door and stepped into the guesthouse’s spacious and inviting living room, complete with wood-and-white furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, a “lovely little bar” and a chic kitchen table.
The home’s loft-style second story overlooks the living room, which is conveniently situated next to the open, state-of-the-art kitchen.
Though the pad has only one bedroom, it’s pretty massive. Located on the first floor, the quarters contain a plush queen-size bed with gold accents throughout, vaulted ceilings and huge windows that let in plenty of natural light.
Inside the bedroom is a luxurious marble bathroom, complete with a soaking tub, gold hardware and some of the health guru’s “favorite Goop products.” Guests will also enjoy a spa day during their stay.
“Your skin is gonna be better when you leave than when you came,” Paltrow promised.
If that’s not enough, the casita also contains a stocked wine room with a large dining area, which Paltrow offered to enjoy with her guests alongside a “fantastic, cozy” chef’s dinner and a bottle of their choosing.
The home also features wide double doors that open to face a private patio, which overlooks an oasis of greenery and sunshine.
“This is nestled right in nature, so you can come and have a zen moment with lots of light and fresh air,” the actress explained, adding that that her guests can even “have a nice swim” in her Olympic-size pool.
The property — which the “Se7en” star and her husband, Brad Falchuk, purchased in 2016 — is also close to various beaches and endless hiking trails.
While in Montecito, guests might also get a glimpse of some of the couple’s famous neighbors, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Rob Lowe, Ellen DeGeneres, Cameron Diaz, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Aniston and more.
Booking for the guesthouse opens at 10 a.m. PT on Aug. 15 for a one-night stay for up to two people on Sept. 9.
