The “Pretty Little Liars” alum, 36, debuted the spiked look while wearing a cropped blazer and baggy blue jeans in photos snapped by photographer Sarah Krick.
Mitchell accessorized with black pumps, sunglasses, big silver statement earrings, and a diamond tennis bracelet, channeling the momager with her boss attitude.
