The chiropractor submitted court documents to end their marriage Tuesday, listing their date of separation as Dec. 31, 2023, Pvnew can /confirm/i.

Abasolo, 43, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split and is requesting spousal support. The estranged couple do not share any children.

The news comes just a few weeks after Lindsay, 38, revealed the pair have been living “totally different lives” due to their drastically different career paths.

She explained on the “Viall Files” podcast that Abasolo typically works 12-hour days “by himself” while she has “a lot more free time” in her line of work.

“So, we’re just in two totally different places,” she explained, noting that they have tried working together but it backfired.

“You gotta protect the marriage and we just don’t work well together,” she said. “Not every couple can do that.”

The two met and fell in love on Season 13 of “The Bachelorette,” which aired in 2017.

They got engaged during the finale, filmed in Spain, and later tied the knot in August 2019 during a gorgeous wedding ceremony in Mexico.

Lindsay — who made history as the first black person to lead any iteration of ABC’s reality dating franchise — spoke about her relationship with Abasolo during an interview for fellow former “Bachelorette” Kaitlyn Bristowe’s “Off the Vine” podcast.

“When we came off the show, you feel the pressure of having to show people how we’re doing,” the TV host said in August, explaining that she and the doctor have kept their romance private in recent years.

“They want that because they fell in love with us a couple and want to see how we’re doing and check in.”

Lindsay noted that she and Abasolo often felt like they had to “perform” for fans who were invested in their future as a couple. She added that prying eyes and the public’s penchant for gossip didn’t facilitate ease in their love life.

“I remember being in public at a grocery store and it felt like people were watching us,” the “Miss Me with That” author continued. “They were watching our conversation and body language.”

Lindsay mentioned that a “story came out” about her and Abasolo waiting for an Uber, during which the hunky chiropractor “walked away” from his spouse.

“I don’t even know why he walked away, maybe he had to throw something away,” she told Bristowe, 38. “They blew it up into this whole thing and I felt anxiety to have to perform for people I don’t even know and they don’t know me.”

After meeting on “The Bachelorette,” Lindsay, who hails from Dallas, and Abasolo, a native of Miami, eventually relocated to Los Angeles.

The “Higher Learning” podcast co-host admitted to Bristowe that her relationship with Abasolo was “up and down,” while acknowledging that their presence on social media as a couple dwindled over time.

“There were months that went by where Bryan and I didn’t post and everyone assumed that we were breaking up. They were counting how long it had been since we posted each other and how long it had been since we liked each other’s posts,” she said.

“I don’t even pay attention to that stuff, I’m too present in real life. I’m a terrible social media person. I actually wish I was better.”

Abasolo and Lindsay do not share any children, though the latter took a step back from her job as an “Extra” correspondent to focus on starting a family.

“I hope for kids. I hope that we work less. Bryan has his own practice here in LA. He’s by himself, so he’s working super-long days,” she said on “Off the Vine.”

“Now I’m in a very lost phase, a bit of a transition phase. I hope that we have kids and we are working now for something bigger,” Lindsay elaborated. “So I hope that we have built the bigger and can spend more time growing a family.”
