Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has a little advice for body-shaming trolls: Keep it to yourself.

The “Jersey Shore” star posted an impassioned video to TikTok Wednesday — which has already garnered nearly two million views — asking fans to “stop commenting on people’s bodies.”

“I know it’s an issue for a lot of people. Men, women, everybody — it’s an issue,” she started. “And it’s called weight. I have struggled with my weight my entire life.”

The 35-year-old went on to explain that while she was “underweight” in high school, her body changed after she turned 21 and decided to actually “enjoy life” without “worrying about” calories all the time.

Despite “always being confident in [her] skin,” the reality TV star said it wasn’t easy as she started to get an influx of unwarranted comments about her body.

“Who are you to call people ‘pigs’ and ‘fat’ and ‘disgusting’ and [say], ‘Your body looks terrible?'” Polizzi asked.

“If you think those things, which I’m sure a lot of people have opinions — everyone has an opinion about everybody — if you want to judge people’s looks and people’s bodies then do it from the comfort of your a–hole mind,” she advised.

Or they could “just call [their] a—hole friend to gossip about someone’s weight,” she suggested.

“But don’t comment it on the internet,” she begged. “Because people are sensitive. Especially people that have had eating disorders and trouble with their body and image and they finally are starting to love themselves.”

Polizzi concluded the video with one final plea, telling fans that gaining weight — or losing it — truly “doesn’t matter.”

“So, this video is for everyone out there, stop commenting on people’s weight.” the MTV star said. “Who the f—k cares? As long as you’re a good person and you feel good in your own body … so stop commenting on people’s bodies. It’s not nice.”

While it’s unclear exactly what prompted the mother of three’s video, she has faced criticism about everything from her wild behavior to her parenting style ever since she stepped into the spotlight in 2009.

Back in 2019, Polizzi was slammed for sipping wine while bottle-feeding her baby at the time, which many fans dubbed unsafe for the little one.

However, the “Snooki & Jwoww” alum was quick to shoot down implications that she was an irresponsible mom.

“you’re not a mom. I allow myself to have a few glasses once a week to stay sane with 3 kids,” she wrote to a critic. “I do what’s necessary to clean my milk for my baby. Let a mawma live and keep being 17.”

Polizzi shares sons Lorenzo, 10, Angelo, 4, and daughter Giovanna, 8, with her husband, Jionni LaValle, whom she wed in 2014.
