Bam Margera was granted supervised visitation rights for his son months after his public breakdown led to him getting sober.

Court documents obtained by Pvnew on Friday revealed the “Jackass” alum and his ex-wife, Nicole Boyd, agreed to let the actor see their son, Phoenix, 5, in California under a few conditions.

Margera is entitled to visits “up to 4 hours a day on Saturday and Sunday” if he gives Boyd “a 7-day notice.”

The former couple will have to “mutually agreed upon third party” to overlook the visits with Margera getting to choose the supervisor from a list provided by his ex.

If they can’t come to an agreement, a professional will have to step in to oversee the visits.

Additionally, “it is in the best interest that no images of the minor be posted on any social media platform,” per the docs.

People was first to report the news.

Boyd, 39, and Margera, 44 — who welcomed their son in December 2017 — raised him together leading up to their 2021 spit.

At the time, Boyd filed for full custody of Pheonix amid the actor’s ongoing alcohol and drug addiction.

It wasn’t until February 2023 that she officially filed for legal separation from Margera, claiming the decision to leave her ex was “to protect herself and their son.”

In the docs, Boyd requested child support payments of up to $15,000 per month and offered supervised visitations for Margera if he completed a rehab program for substance abuse.

The celebrity prankster struggled to follow the conditions after spending more than a decade in and out of rehab.

Over the summer, he threatened to either see his son or “smoke crack” until he died in a profanity-filled Instagram rant.

“I haven’t seen Phoenix in two f–king months,” he said in June. “I have to wake up every day, knowing that I probably won’t get to talk to him or see him.”

He further alleged Boyd cut off contact with him.

A few days later, the pro skateboarder was placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold after suffering from a public breakdown in Los Angeles.

Police found the actor at Trejo’s Tacos slurring his words, acting erratically and threatening to commit public suicide on June 4.

That same month, Margera met his now-fiancée, Dannii Marie, who pushed him to get sober.

Marie explained to US Weekly how she stood by her beau’s side as he sought recovery.

“He went through [detox] and I didn’t go anywhere,” she told the outlet on Dec. 20. “We stayed in this beautiful crystal infested pool house where we just healed, all of us, and we shut the phones off.”

“He didn’t have a phone,” Marie continued. “I changed his number and we just X’d the bad people and here we are.”

Margera — who proposed to Marie in October — gushed over her while explaining how she helped him find a deeper purpose.

“I never had structure before,” he told Us Weekly, explaining how they make a “really good team.”

“I always woke up not knowing what to do with the day … I would just look across the street, see an Irish pub and be like, ‘That looks like fun,'” he continued. “Now I wake up, I walk the dogs, I stretch, I go to the gym, I go skateboarding.”

The reality star further said he’s now on a “structured fun schedule” adding, “We do it together, and it’s just a perfect thing.”
