It was a hilarious meat-ing.

King Charles III playfully mocked his famous “sausage fingers” during a silly exchange with Prince William.

The Prince of Wales was seen helping his dad close a small clasp on the reining monarch’s robe during a rehearsal for his coronation ceremony in a snippet from the BBC’s new royal documentary.

“On the day, that’s not going to go in,” William, 41, told his dad.

Charles, 75, then replied with a big grin, “No, you haven’t got sausage fingers like mine.”

The King has been trolled for his fatty meat hooks for years. Critics mercilessly roasted the King’s bulbous digits in September after he ascended the throne following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

One person even compared his fingers to a photo of bright red hot dogs.

“There aren’t any immediate health concerns to be concluded from swollen fingers and is most likely a sign of his age,” Dr. Gareth Nye told the Daily Star.

Charles has referenced his sausage fingers in the past when he joked about his bloated appendages during his 2012 Australian tour.

He also made mention of his swollen tendrils in a letter he penned to a friend after his eldest son was born in 1982.

“I can’t tell you how excited and proud I am. He really does look surprisingly appetizing and has sausage fingers just like mine,” Charles reportedly wrote in the letter.

William is first in the line of succession to the British throne. Meanwhile, his estranged brother, Prince Harry, 39, who resigned from his royal duties in 2020, is sixth in line behind William’s three children: Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.
