April Perroni has joined Gersh as the agency’s senior vice president and head of business affairs, PvNew has learned exclusively.
With the hiring, Steve Kravit will transition from his current role as head of business affairs to an of counsel role for Gersh. In addition, Madison White has been brought on as an associate and will work alongside current business affairs attorney TJ Heath.

Perroni joins Gersh from A3 Artists Agency, where she was also the head of business affairs. She has also held business affairs roles at both Paradigm Talent Agency and ICM. In her career, she has negotiated and reviewed deals across film, television, literary, media rights, branding, commercials, influencer and new media agreements for actor, writer, director, producer, and content creator clients.
She was selected as “The Best and Brightest” in PvNew’s inaugural “Hollywood Law: Up Next” issue in 2011, provides pro bono legal services to the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, and serves as a board member for the Association of Talent Agents.
White also joins Gersh from A3, where she was business affairs manager. Before that, she was part of the motion picture business affairs department at UTA and also previously served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office
This is the latest Gersh-A3 news in recent weeks. It was previously announced that Gersh had acquired A3’s digital and alternative departments. Under that deal, 25 agents and 45 additional staffers moved to Gersh under a new standalone digital business. It marked the agency’s first M&A move since receiving a significant equity investment from Crestview Partners in 2023.
