The hits keep coming for Kevin Costner.
As his contentious divorce continues to rage on, the actor’s popular drama series, “Yellowstone,” once again failed to receive a Primetime Emmy Award nomination.
Nods for the 2023 ceremony — which is set to take place on Sept. 18 — were announced Wednesday, and the neo-Western show was snubbed from all categories including Outstanding Drama Series.
Instead, recognition went to “Andor,” “Better Call Saul,” “The Crown,” “House of the Dragon,” “The Last of Us,” “Succession,” “The White Lotus” and “Yellowjackets.”
As for the category of Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, three stars from “Succession” — Brian Cox, Kieran Culkin and Jeremy Strong — each snagged a nomination, with the remaining three slots going to Jeff Bridges (“The Old Man”), Bob Odenkirk (“Better Call Saul”) and Pedro Pascal (“The Last of Us”).
Though “Yellowstone” has never received an Emmy nomination in any of the major categories, this year’s snub likely stings a little extra for its star, who has portrayed ranch owner-turned-Montana state governor John Dutton for all four seasons since the show’s premiere in 2018. (Its fifth and final season is currently airing on Peacock.)
Earlier this week, Costner, 68, was ordered to pay two and a half times his proposed amount of child support to his estranged second wife, Christine Baumgartner.
Judge Thomas Anderle ruled Tuesday that the Oscar winner must cough up nearly $130,000 per month to help care for the duo’s three kids together: sons Cayden, 15, and Hayes, 14, as well as daughter Grace, 13. (Costner is also dad to daughters Annie, 39, and Lily, 36, and sons Joe, 35, and Liam, 26.)
The former couple, who tied the knot in September 2004, will each be required to pay 50 percent of their brood’s health care expenses and extracurricular activities.
But the ruling was a hit for Baumgartner, too, as the handbag designer, 49, had initially requested close to a quarter of a million dollars per month in child support, in addition to an undisclosed sum of spousal support previously agreed upon in the pair’s prenuptial agreement.
Baumgartner filed for divorce from the “Field of Dreams” star in May after almost 19 years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Since then, the two have been engaged in a messy legal battle over the terms of their prenup, specifically those pertaining to their marital home.
Baumgartner was ultimately ordered last week to move out of their shared house by the end of the month.
