Tori Spelling and the five children she shares with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott, are believed to be staying at a $100-a-night motel in the Los Angeles area.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star was photographed leaving the no-frills roadside lodge Saturday with Liam, 16, Stella, 15, Hattie, 11, Finn, 10, and Beau, 6, after her split from the former “Chopped Canada” host.
Spelling, 50, looked distraught as she left the humble accommodations with her brood.
She showed off her abs while wearing low-rise blue pants and a black mesh crop top.
Her kids, all of whom had long hair just like their mama’s, were dressed casually and stayed close together.
The actress has been going through a rocky period with her real estate.
She was forced to move her family out of a rental home earlier this year upon discovering that an “extreme” mold infestation was causing them to suffer serious health issues.
Spelling claimed in May that the mold had been “slowly killing” her family for three years as she asked her fans to recommend a lawyer.
The TV star famously grew up living in a $165 million mansion owned by her late father, producer Aaron Spelling.
But Tori faced yet another setback in June when McDermott, 56, posted — and then deleted — a statement announcing that they had separated after 17 years of marriage.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” he wrote.
The actor — who also shares son Jack, 24, with his first wife, Mary Jo Eustace — added, “We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time.”
McDermott was subsequently seen moving his belongings into storage, while Tori was photographed wearing a “Boys Lie” T-shirt.
Breakup rumors have been swirling around the pair for years. They were both spotted without their wedding rings throughout 2021, the same year the “BH90210” star admitted they had been sleeping in separate rooms.
But sources close to the stars claimed their split “came out of the blue” since they seemed to be working on their relationship in recent months.
“Their friends have seen their ups and downs through the years, but they really did seem to be in a good place,” one insider close to Tori told People in June.
“This feels really out of the blue. If this had happened a year ago, it would’ve been expected because things were terrible between them. Sure, they still had their disagreements and didn’t always see eye to eye, but the past six months things had felt good between them.”

Another insider close to the estranged couple believed they had worked through their issues, including a highly publicized cheating scandal in 2014 that nearly tore them apart.
“They were definitely trying in the last few months though, and things felt way less toxic,” the second source claimed.
Amid Tori’s impending divorce, her mother, Candy Spelling, shared that she would “of course” financially support her daughter despite their historically tense relationship.
“I love my daughter, and I support her in whatever she does,” Candy, 77, told TMZ last week, adding, “I support my daughter.”
The mother-daughter-duo were photographed together last September for the first time in five years.
Reps for Tori and McDermott did not immediately respond to Pvnew’s request for comment.
