Call her “crazy,” but Kate Middleton likes to swim in cold temperatures.
“The colder, the better. … And it’s dark, and it’s raining,” the Princess of Wales said on “The Good, the Bad & the Ugly” podcast last month. “I absolutely love it.”
Middleton, 41, admitted that her habit has gotten “slightly to the point where” her husband, Prince William, tells her, “Catherine, you’re crazy.”
However, she said she continues to “go and seek out cold water,” gushing, “I love it.”
William, also 41, joined Middleton on his cousin-in-law Mike Tindall’s podcast alongside his aunt Princess Anne.
The host joked about Middleton’s competitiveness later in the episode, recalling having once seen her “play beer pong.”
Middleton noted that there weren’t “school sports when [she] was growing up” and gushed over her 8-year-old daughter, Princess Charlotte, getting the chance to compete in rugby and football.

“Charlotte’s playing both the sports now,” Middleton, who is also the mother of sons Prince George, 10, and Prince Louis, 5, said. “It’s really good to see youngsters, particularly girls, playing these types of sports now.”
She recently showed off her own sporty side, training with the England Wheelchair Rugby League earlier this month.
The three-time mom looked uncharacteristically casual in a polo and matching sweatpants at the time, which she wore with Lululemon sneakers ($138).
In September, Middleton dressed up in a white Alexander McQueen suit to watch the World Rugby Cup in France, seven months after she became the patron of the Rugby Football Union and Rugby Football League.
