Lizzy Savetsky had staples put in her head and won’t be able to walk without crutches for six weeks after being hit by a car on Monday night.

“I got hit by a car [while] crossing the street last night,” the Jewish activist, 37, wrote on her Instagram Story on Tuesday.

“The car drove into the bike lane right into me as I was walking.”

The influencer said she was “very, very lucky” to have escaped with “a busted head and some broken ankle and some scrapes and bruises.”

“Thank G-d I am ok,” she wrote. “I am going to be doing my best to take it easy so please bear with me. I may be down but I’m not out.”

Savetsky later posted a video to her Instagram Story, in which she described the frightening incident and her injuries.

“Last night I was coming home from dinner…the cab dropped me off by the bike lane. I was crossing into my apartment and I looked over in the bike lane,” she recalled. “There were no bikes and then this car just swerved to avoid traffic and went into the bike lane and just hit me.”

Savetsky called the accident “awful” but admitted that she was so lucky nothing worse happened.

“I have staples in my head, [and a] cast on my ankle, but I’m very lucky,” she said, noting that she has to use crutches and is “banged up.”

Savetsky shared that a group of people were standing nearby and quickly called 9-1-1.

“The police came, the ambulance came, and then Ira came down,” she said of her husband.

Savetsky remembered trying to get herself off the ground without realizing she had a head injury.

“Everyone around started yelling at me. They were like, ‘Lie down!’ and then, I just went into shock and started like, convulsing, but yeah, this is insane.”

She was in the ER until 5 a.m., where she received help from an “amazing” doctor and got x-rays and CT scans.

“It’s a fracture,” she said of her ankle, “but I don’t need surgery and probably just [have] a mild concussion. Nothing crazy, just obviously traumatized [and] exhausted.”

Savetsky — who has been dedicating her time to advocating for Israel after Hamas’ horrific terrorist attack on innocent civilians on Oct. 7 — said that her injuries won’t stop her from speaking out against anti-Semitism.

“My first thought was, this can’t be happening right now. I have so much work to do. I cannot be immobile. But here I am,” she said. “I’m not allowed to put any weight on my foot for six weeks.”

She continued, “I’m not going to stop. I’m still going to keep fighting from my incapacitated and mobile state. You can just bet on that.”

Savetsky admitted that she hadn’t showered yet because she didn’t have “the waterproof thing” for her cast, so her hair was “matted with dried blood.”

She also recalled telling the paramedics that they couldn’t cut her jeans because they were her favorite pair despite “hysterically crying” and being “in shock” over her injuries.

“Bottom line is I’m very, very lucky that it was nothing worse,” she added. “Definitely the gift of perspective because I would be feeling really sorry for myself right now but I feel so grateful and so lucky.”

Savetsky was announced as a cast member of “The Real Housewives of New York City” reboot, however, she quit the show before Season 14 filming had wrapped after experiencing antisemitism on social media.

“I will not be continuing on the Real Housewives of NYC. As a proud orthodox Jewish woman, I thought participating in this series would be a great chance to represent people like me and share my experience,” she said in a statement at the time.

“Unfortunately, from the time of my announcement in the cast, I was on the receiving end of a torrent of antisemitic attacks. As this continued, I realized that this path was no longer right for me and my family.”
