Big Sean and his girlfriend, Jhené Aiko, refollowed each other on Instagram amid rumors that they broke up nearly a year after welcoming their son.
As rumors surfaced that the longtime couple had called it quits, the “Calm & Patient” singer and the Detroit rapper — — born Sean Michael Leonard Anderson — unfollowed each other on Instagram, according to screenshots obtained by Pvnew.
Aiko, 35, also shared a few cryptic memes to her Instagram Stories, including one that read, “The guy who has u explaining the meaning of empathy is not ur soulmate.”
Another meme the mom of two shared read, “Get you a partner that doesn’t mind hurting people’s feelings when it comes to you. imma say it again. GET YOU A PARTNER THAT DOESN’T MIND HURTING PEOPLE’S FEELINGS WHEN IT COMES TO YOU.”
As of Wednesday, however, Aiko, 35, and Sean, also 35, were back following one another on the platform.
Despite the breakup rumors, Pvnew has learned that the couple is still together.
The Twenty88 collaborators went public with their romance in June 2016, when they shared a kiss onstage at Power 105.1’s Powerhouse festival.

In 2019, the “Triggered” singer confirmed that she and the “I Don’t F–k With You” rapper had called it quits, but she insisted that there was no animosity between them.
“Me and Sean are good,” she responded to a fan who speculated that she criticized her ex on her forthcoming freestyles. “I’ve got tons of love for him. my next album is all freestyles where I touch on many subjects and relationships… past, present and future.”
She continued, “I know you all love the drama and would like to think everything I do or say is about him, but I’ve been through plenty of other things and situations that I pull inspiration from when I sit down to create a song. Have a good day.”
The breakup was short-lived as the pair reconciled the following year.
In July 2022, the “London Bridge” musicians revealed that they were expecting their first child together.
“The couple are overjoyed and look forward to this next chapter,” a rep for Aiko told us at the time.
The “Sativa” songstress gave birth to their son, Noah, on Nov. 8, 2022.
