Madonna has spoken out for the first time since her shocking hospitalization and ICU stay.

The Queen of Pop said in a statement posted Monday that she is “on the road to recovery” after being released from the hospital a week and a half ago.

“My first thought when I woke up in the hospital was my children,” she wrote on Instagram along with a selfie.

Pvnew exclusively reported that Madonna — who was seen talking a stroll in NYC over the weekend — was found unresponsive on June 24 and rushed to a New York City hospital, where she was intubated in the intensive care unit.

We were told she remained that way for at least one night before the tube was removed, though she stayed in the ICU for “several days,” according to her longtime manager, Guy Oseary.

With her daughter Lourdes Leon by her side in the hospital, Madonna, 64, went on to make a full recovery and return home.

Oseary, 50, also shared on social media that the “Vogue” singer had developed a “serious bacterial infection” that required treatment, though he added that her health was “improving.”

In light of the health crisis, Madonna had to postpone her highly anticipated “Celebration” tour. Oseary assured fans that Madge’s team would share updated information as they received it, including a new start date for the global trek.

A source told us that the “La Isla Bonita” singer had been putting in long hours of rehearsals at Long Island’s Nassau Coliseum prior to her hospitalization.

“She had been putting in 12-hour days,” the insider shared. “She was strenuously rehearsing and putting in the work.”

Another tour source added that Madonna had been “having a blast” during rehearsals and had no desire to cancel her shows.

The day the news of the Grammy winner’s hospitalization broke, her sons, David Banda and Rocco Ritchie, were seen arriving at her Upper East Side home.

The rarely seen son of Madonna and Guy Ritchie attempted to stay incognito with a pair of sunglasses.

In addition to her family being by her side, the “Evita” star had her friends’ support.

Madonna’s longtime pal and “A League of Their Own” co-star Rosie O’Donnell shared on Instagram that the famed performer was “feeling good.”

Comedian Kathy Griffin, meanwhile, blasted trolls who were “making fun” of Madonna’s hospitalization.

“[Her fillers] are going to go away if she feels like it or not,” the Emmy winner said of Madonna’s presumed plastic surgery.

“I care about her health, and I’m glad she can go back on this tour. The tour is the greatest hits, and she should be great.”
