Kyle Richards shared a mysterious quote after her separation from husband Mauricio Umansky.
“Parting is such sweet sorrow,” she captioned an Instagram Story on Friday.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star wrote the cryptic phrase atop of a photo of trees and mountains in Aspen, Colo.
Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, have been spending time in Aspen, Colo., over the holiday weekend amid news that they have decided to separate.
Umansky even shared several photos from their getaway that included a picture of just himself and his wife — with him still wearing his wedding band.
News of the longtime couple’s separation broke on Monday, however, they each clarified shortly afterward in a joint statement that reports of them “divorcing are untrue.”
“However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage,” they shared at the time.
“But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”
The Bravolebrities also emphasized that there was “no wrongdoing on anyone’s part” — despite fans questioning the nature of Richards’ relationship with country music singer Morgan Wade.

The two sparked romance rumors over the last few weeks when eagle-eyed fans noticed Richards posting photos with Wade, 28, more frequently and even spotted the two seemingly having matching tattoos and rings.
The “Wilder Days” singer’s ex-girlfriend Kady Cannon exclusively admitted to Pvnew that she had “feelings” about their budding friendship while they were still dating.
Neither Wade nor Richards have publicly addressed the speculation.
Richards and Umansky tied the knot in January 1996 and share three daughters, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
The “Halloween Kills” star also has daughter Farrah Brittany, 34, whom she shares with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie — although Umansky helped raise her for most of her life.
