This star’s love is written all over his face … literally.
Dennis Rodman made quite a display of affection for his girlfriend when he tattooed an image of the special lady on his cheek in a video revealed on Instagram yesterday by “Black Ink Crew” star Van Johnson.
The tattoo artist posted a Reel showing off the 62-year-old basketball icon’s new ink, captioning the video, “So I ain’t do too much today, cooled out at my townhome tattooed a living legends face of his woman on his face, that’s about it…. What y’all do?”
In the clip, the controversial star sits in a chair in Johnson’s house while the tattoo pro zooms in on his handiwork on Rodman’s face, with the words “Start your own legacy when you’re God favored” displayed at the bottom of the Reel.
The design — which covers almost the entire width of the “Surreal Life” star’s right cheek — features a woman’s face with long hair and pouty lips.
Johnson told TMZ Sports the tattoo — which took him about an hour to complete — is “really real.”
“He was a champ, he sat through it,” the tattoo pro added, saying the tribute was “Pretty random, but he love the hell out that girl.”
Commenters on Johnson’s Instagram post didn’t think the tat was the best idea, like one who wrote, “You should have tried to talk him outta that my G.”
“His girlfriend should have been against that,” a second fan added. “Shows her immaturity to NOT STOP him from doing this.”
“Whyyyyy his face?
