Ramona Singer’s appearance at the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy” premiere was an unexpected one following her racism scandal, multiple sources tell Pvnew exclusively.
An invitation to Tuesday night’s party, seen by Pvnew, featured cast members Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan, Kelly Bensimon and Kristen Taekman — but left off Singer because she was planning to be in Palm Beach, Fla.
Having changed her plans at the last minute, the disgraced reality star tried to finagle her way into the star-studded event and instead “crashed” the soiree, one insider tells us.
“She wasn’t invited, came anyway, didn’t stay long,” the source says.
A second insider tells us that Singer, 67, “called the day before” the party to say she would be in town and could attend.
“She wasn’t so much invited as she just decided to show up,” the second source quips, adding that many people were “surprised” to see the former “Real Housewives of New York City” star walking the red carpet.
A third source confirms that Singer stayed at the party, which took place at GH on the Park, for only about 10 minutes.
Reps for Singer and Peacock didn’t return Pvnew’s requests for comment.
A source close to Singer tells us that they knew she would be coming, and the cast was happy that she was there.
The Bravolebrity’s public appearance came six weeks after Bravo removed her from BravoCon 2023 for texting a Pvnew reporter a partial racial slur.
Singer also had come under fire for racism allegations leveled against her in an October exposé by Vanity Fair that claimed the former Douglas Elliman real estate agent once said “most” black people do not have present fathers and used the N-word.
She vehemently denied dropping the racial epithet but clarified that she was referring to a “study” when discussing parenthood.
Singer has remained out of the public eye since the scandal broke, but it appears she felt enough time has passed.
Fellow reality star Brandi Glanville, however, thought differently, arguing on social media that if Singer can promote Season 4 of “RHUGT,” she should be able to attend the Season 5 premiere following her own scandal with Caroline Manzo.
“Oh good! So that means I’ll get an invite to our premiere party! Can’t wait!! @peacock @bravotv,” the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, 51, wrote on her Instagram Story Wednesday over a screenshot of the “RHONY” OG taking photos with the “Legacy” cast on the red carpet.
Sources told Pvnew exclusively in November that the NBCUniversal-owned streaming service is considering axing Season 5 altogether over Glanville allegedly touching Manzo, 62, inappropriately on set.
“‘Ultimate Girls Trip’ Morocco is probably never going to air,” one insider told us.
Glanville has vehemently denied any wrongdoing and even claimed that she was “f–king set up” to create a storyline for the “Real Housewives” spinoff.
