Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are still living under the same roof amid their split.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star pulled back the curtain on how she and her estranged husband navigate the “awkward” situation in an interview with The Messenger, published Thursday.
“We’re fortunate enough that my home can fit us all to spread out,” the Bravo personality, 54, explained. “And I’m also very fortunate that we get along and care about each other very much and that we are a family no matter what.”
Richards added that the duo prioritize amicability while spending time with daughters Farrah, 35, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
“That’s always been what we stand for. That has not changed, and obviously some days are not as great as others,” she said.
“Some days it’s like, ‘Oh, it’s a little awkward today.’ And other days, it’s like nothing ever happened and we’re just all watching TV as a family.”
Bottom line, the reality stars are “taking it a day at a time.”
Richards clarified elsewhere in the interview that she and Umansky, 53, “haven’t spoken” about the possibility of divorce despite it being “potentially something that could happen down the line.”
She claimed, “That has not come up yet. We just haven’t gone that route yet.”
Richards said the same in July when news broke that the pair had called it quits, writing via Instagram that “any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue.”
Since “RHOBH” cameras subsequently picked back up to document the exes’ ups and downs, their marriage woes are currently playing out on Season 13 of the Bravo show.
Richards’ “close” friend Morgan Wade is also making headlines for her scenes in the series as she and the actress have not been able to shake romance rumors.

Despite claiming on multiple occasions that their relationship is purely platonic, the pals have continued to fuel dating speculation with matching tattoos, a “teasing” dynamic and a steamy “Fall in Love With Me” music video.
Additionally, Richards turned heads when she brought the country singer, 29, to sister Kathy Hilton’s Christmas party in November.
Hilton spoke to the duo’s connection last week, telling “Extra” that “they clicked” over their sobriety.
The 64-year-old said, “They are very good friends. … I think they are enjoying each other. And that’s all I know.”
As for Umansky’s potential love life, the real estate broker was linked to his “Dancing With the Stars” pro partner Emma Slater when he competed on Season 32 — but denied they were dating.
However, he and the choreographer, 34, were spotted holding hands, which Richards admitted was “very hard to see” during her guest appearance on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.”
“That hurt my feelings,” Richards said in October. “I don’t know if anything has happened yet, but obviously, there is something there.”
