Brandi Glanville claims she’s “never” had plastic surgery on her face — but she does intend to change that.
“I do plan on getting a lower face & neck lift like @TeddiMellencamp at some point soon,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum tweeted on Tuesday.
“I think she looks amazing and I will eventually do my upper eyelids,” the Bravolebrity, 50, continued. “I don’t know when because I have to have time for down time &right now luckily I don’t.”
The reality star’s admission came after she saw “mean comments” being made about her looks that have been “pissing off” her children.
“They know the truth,” Glanville claimed. ‘I’ve never been in bandages.”
The model also addressed “why [she] looked preggo” on “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip,” writing that she has “always been thin” but gained 20 pounds amid the coronavirus pandemic.
While some of Glanville’s Twitter followers told her she looks “phenomenal” and cosmetic procedures “don’t matter,” others continued slamming her appearance.
“Not having surgery still means you can overdo it with fillers, botox, etc.,” one user wrote, while another added, “Just own up to the injections then.”

When Glanville was accused of “bad plastic surgery” in April 2022, she seemingly responded by telling trolls to “go f–k” themselves.
Two months later, the “Celebrity Big Brother” alum owned up to getting “a little laser liposuction on [her] FUPA [fat upper p—y area]” after previously saying she didn’t believe in the procedure.
As for Mellencamp, she opened up about her neck lift that same year, which she had done because her “side profile made [her] feel insecure.”
When critics bashed Glanville’s former co-star, the 42-year-old defended her decision to be “transparent.”
“Would you prefer I lie and pretend the loose skin on my neck disappeared?” she asked via Instagram in May 2022. “That’s not who I am.”
