Bethenny Frankel wants haters to “take it easy” on Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky amid their shocking split.
Instead of “spill[ing] the tea” on the breakup via TikTok Tuesday, the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum praised the former couple’s “admirable” marriage.
“Kyle and Mauricio have been together three decades,” Frankel, 52, told her followers. “They have had a remarkable relationship, a partnership, a family.
“What an accomplishment to be together for that long regardless of what they decide to do with their lives now,” she continued.
Frankel went on to blast “really cheap” social media users “break[ing] it down to something scandalous” — seemingly referencing rumors Richards is dating country singer Morgan Wade.
She explained, “It’s honestly so admirable and something to be respected and cherished that a couple would be together for three decades. I’m Team Kyle and Mauricio together, apart and happy or whatever they choose to do with their beautiful family.”
The “Bethenny Ever After” alum noted that “relationships are hard in any situation, not to mention the entertainment industry [and] not to mention the jaded town of Beverly Hills.”
News broke on Monday that Richards, 54, and Umansky, 53, have separated after 27 years of marriage.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars, who share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15, put on a united co-parenting front while celebrating the Fourth of July the following day.
Notably, the real estate broker was still rocking his wedding ring in family photos posted via Instagram.
The duo “remain amicable,” a source told People, alleging that they “have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof.”
In matching social media statements shared over the holiday, the pair shut down any speculation of “wrongdoing” and clarified that divorce claims are “untrue.”
They wrote, “We have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”
