“Brooklyn Nine-Nine” cast members are mourning Andre Braugher with touching tributes.
After Pvnew confirmed the 61-year-old’s sudden death on Monday, Terry Crews was one of the first of the late actor’s former co-stars to honor him on social media.
“Can’t believe you’re gone so soon,” the ex NFL player, who played Lieutenant Terry Jeffords on the comedy series from 2013 to 2021, wrote via Instagram.
“I’m honored to have known you, laughed with you, worked with you and shared 8 glorious years watching your irreplaceable talent,” Crews, 55, continued. “This hurts. … I will be forever grateful for the experience of knowing you.”
He concluded, “You showed me what a life well lived looks like. Rest In Peace, Andre. I love you, man.
