Sydney Sweeney and Jonathan Davino are in no rush to say “I do.”
The “Euphoria” star, 26, told “Entertainment Tonight” on Tuesday that she and the 39-year-old haven’t done much wedding planning despite being engaged for nearly two years.
“I am so busy working! I’m a workaholic and I love it, I love it,” she told the outlet when asked if wedding bells were ringing anytime soon.
Despite their lack of wedding plans, they co-produced Sweeney’s new film, “Anyone But You,” through her Fifty-Fifty Films production company.
“I think it’s incredible being able to work with people who you wanna be in business with,” Sweeney said about working alongside her husband-to-be. “It’s amazing having someone who cheers you on and someone who fully just supports what you do.”
Sweeney and Davino first started dating in 2018 before sparking engagement rumors in February 2022.
On top of the fact that the Emmy-nominated actress rarely wears her massive diamond engagement ring, their romance has been under a lot of scrutiny due to her notable chemistry with co-star Glen Powell.
Fans had previously wondered if her relationship with Powell had turned romantic after they were seen getting cozy while filming the raunchy rom-com in Australia.
Things escalated when the hunky actor’s now-ex-girlfriend, Gigi Paris, unfollowed both Powell and Sweeney on social media after calling off their nearly three-year romance in April.
However, a source later told Pvnew that the then-couple had called it quits weeks before the social media snub.
Then in August, Sweeney explained that her banter and perceived flirting with Powell is just a ploy to get people to see their new film.
“It’s a rom-com,” she told PvNew. “That’s what people want! Glen and I don’t really care. We have so much fun together, and we respect each other so much; he’s such a hard worker, and I’m a hard worker.”
“They want it,” she said of the media frenzy surrounding their relationship. “It’s fun to give it to ’em.”
She also had nothing but praise for the “Top Gun: Maverick” star, 35, while at the premiere of the rom-com on Tuesday.
“Glen and I would just look at each other, and we would just burst into laughter. Or we wouldn’t even be looking at each other, we could just feel that and just laugh. It was amazing,” she told “ET” of their time together on set.
“There’s just so much love amongst everyone,” she continued. “I mean, I feel like this entire cast will be family for the rest of my life.”
Similarly, Powell told the outlet that he found it “incredibly easy to have chemistry with” Sweeney, whom he previously called “one of the most spectacular humans [he has] ever met.”
“Anyone But You” hits theaters on Dec. 22.
