Leah Michele has some much-needed family time to look forward to once she wraps her Broadway run in “Funny Girl.”
The 36-year-old actress revealed her future plans while answering questions from fans during an Instagram Q&A Sunday.
“Lots and lots of snuggles with this guy and some good family time… Then back to work!!!” Michele wrote, referring to her 2-year-old son, Ever.
When asked about her favorite family activity, the “Glee” alum shared, “I love a good getaway with my boys.”
“Of course, just being home together on the couch is great but getting to show Ever new places is so much fun,” she added.
Michele began her dream role as Fanny Brice in the Broadway musical production of “Funny Girl” in September 2022.
While her final performance is scheduled for Sept. 3, the “Scream Queens” star already has new projects in the works.
She said that she “of course” has plans to do more shows.
The “Brunette Ambition” author also hinted at upcoming collaborations with her longtime friend and fellow “Glee” alum, Jonathan Groff.
“Working on some very exciting things with my bestie. Which I can’t wait to tell you all about,” she teased.
“But in the near future you maaaay see him on stage with me at an upcoming concert I have in the fall.”
Michele also revealed that her son, Ever, may have inherited her performing bug after a fan wondered if the toddler enjoys the music from “Funny Girl.”
“I walked pass his room the other day and he had his guitar out and he sang “Hey Mr. Ziegfeld Here I Am!!!” the proud mom replied with crying-laughing emojis.
The actress welcomed her baby boy in August 2020 with her husband, Zandy Reich.
The 2-year-old stole the show at the Mother’s Day performance of “Funny Girl” when he joined Michele on stage for the curtain call.
The adorable moment took place after she revealed that Ever was hospitalized with “a scary health issue” in February.
Despite being released shortly after, he ended up in the hospital once again in early April.
“Today was a hard day,” Michele wrote via her Instagram Story at the time. “As parents, we have to be strong for our kids. But sometimes you just want to break down and cry.”
The “Cannonball” singer continued, “These hard times show you truly what matters and is important in life and how much we have to be grateful for. It’s been hard to say the least but our boy is such a champ and is going to be ok. But it still hurts.”
Michele has not shared additional details on Ever’s health issues. However, she has assured fans that he is on the road to recovery.
