Emily Simpson wants her followers to “skip the chips” while eating at a Mexican restaurant.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star posted an unsolicited diet “tip” on her Instagram Story Thursday — telling fans to opt for vegetables instead of the fried goods.
“Here’s a tip: When you eat out at a Mexican restaurant don’t eat the chips,” she wrote over a photo of her table spread, which included tortilla chips.
“Ask for sliced cucumbers with pico de gallo instead.”
Simpson’s out-of-the-blue suggestion comes after she admitted to using Ozempic and liposuction to get her new, slimmer figure following a “nervous breakdown.”
The 47-year-old Bravolebrity said she used the diabetes drug for just the month of December to “kickstart” her weight loss but stopped because it made her feel “lethargic.”
The following month, Simpson went for liposuction.
“Just the surgery alone was just, I felt like it was just a huge difference in my overall look just to have the thinner arms and just the smaller chest,” she shared on “Jeff Lewis Live,” “and I was so happy with the surgery, and I have so much muscle underneath that when he did the liposuction, my arms were just jacked.”
Simpson also explained that she also focused on changing her diet to focus on eating higher-protein meals.
The reality star’s admission came after she hit back at followers who accused her of using Ozempic to lose weight.
“You don’t know me and nothing will ‘revert back’ bc my arms are jacked from heavy lifting 7 days a week,” Simpson responded in the comments.
Other stars who have copped to using Ozempic include Amy Schumer, Lauren Manzo, Sharon Osbourne and Dolores Catania.
