Madonna is reportedly still battling her illness despite being released from the hospital.
Sources told TMZ Thursday that the “Material Girl” singer, 64, has been “vomiting uncontrollably” and is bedridden inside her New York City home.
Madonna — who was hospitalized with a bacterial infection Saturday and later admitted to the ICU — is reportedly still fighting off the effects of her disease.
The insiders claimed she first began puking on Saturday when the symptoms started and that she also “collapsed” at the time.
Sources also previously told Pvnew that Madonna had become “unresponsive” at one point and had to be intubated for at least one night at the hospital.
The Grammy winner’s rigorous practice schedule for her “Celebration” tour was previously speculated to be behind her illness.
Sources told Pvnew Wednesday that Madonna had been “strenuously rehearsing” for weeks and putting in “12-hour days” in preparation.
However, TMZ reported earlier on Thursday that the music icon had been showing signs of declining health for some time, as she had reportedly been fighting a fever for a month.
Madonna reportedly ignored her symptoms and never saw a doctor because she was laser-focused on her upcoming tour, which was set to kick off on July 15.
The “Express Yourself” singer’s longtime manager, Guy Oseary, who broke the news of his client’s hospitalization, has since confirmed that the tour has been put on hold.
“At this time, we will need to pause all commitments, which includes the tour,” the music exec, 50, said in his statement posted on his Instagram Wednesday.
“We will share more details with you as soon as we have them, including a new start date for the tour and for rescheduled shows.”
However, a source previously told us, “Madonna doesn’t want to cancel her tour. She was having a blast in rehearsals and wants to get back to it when she’s ready.”
Reps for Madonna did not immediately return Pvnew’s request for comment.
