Raquel Leviss was more than just “some hot girl” to Tom Sandoval, who said he is still reeling from their breakup.
The “Vanderpump Rules” stars, who had an affair while Sandoval was in a years-long relationship with Ariana Madix, are no longer in contact, he claimed.
“I fought so hard for Rachel,” Sandoval said on Thursday’s episode of the Two T’s in a Pod podcast, using Leviss’ birth name.
“I stopped drinking. I stopped smoking cigarettes because she went away to a facility. I’m like, ‘She can’t drink, she can’t smoke. I’m gonna quit.'”
His comments come nine months after “Scandoval” shook the Bravo-verse — and entered the mainstream lexicon — making the reality stars household names.
In the wake of the intense media scrutiny, Leviss, 29, entered a mental health facility and allegedly cut off contact with her former fling.
“I was there in any way that she needed,” Sandoval, 40, continued.
“We were best friends. It’s heartbreaking to go through. I was fully in love with her. She’s not just some hot girl. I was a model for 15 years, it’s deeper than that.”
When asked whether he believes she truly loved him, Sandoval replied, “I hope she did.”
“The way she just shooed me away, I don’t know, I’m not in her head,” he added.
The TomTom owner also explained that he wanted to seek mental health treatment like Leviss did, but he had already committed to a 2023 tour with his band.
“I had to make money,” Sandoval said.
“Every single month, all the bills come out of my accounts. The mortgage comes out of my account every month. So, while Ariana’s shooting all these ads, she’s six months behind in bills,” he said of Madix, 38, who has capitalized on her newfound fame with several ad campaigns, and a stint on “Dancing With The Stars.”
Elsewhere in the episode, Sandoval revealed the exes were finally living under separate roofs.
“She’s currently staying in some place,” he said.
“We don’t talk. We have a go-between, whether it’s my assistant or a friend.”
Since Leviss’ affair with Sandoval was exposed in March, she claimed that she hasn’t “seen a single penny” despite being thrust into the national spotlight.
She also confirmed she would not return to “Vanderpump Rules.”
Instead, she’s launching a new podcast, titled “Rachel Goes Rogue,” which will center around her “journey” of becoming “resilient and committed to personal growth.”
Meanwhile, Madix made it to the finale of “Dancing With the Stars” Season 32 earlier this week, but ultimately lost the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy to Xochitl Gomez and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy.
