Just call him Dog the Son Hunter.
Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman revealed Monday — the fourth anniversary of his late wife Beth Chapman’s death — that he secretly fathered a son named Jon.
Duane posted a photo on Instagram of Jon standing with his arm around his wife, Jodi, and shared that the discovery of his son has created a “new meaning” for what used to be a heartbreaking day.
“For the last four years, this day was a terrible reminder of one of the greatest losses of my life,” he wrote in the caption.
“But God redeemed this day when I discovered my son Jon, who I just met recently, was born on this day.”
Duane continued, “So now instead of sorrow, this day has a new meaning. This is my son Jon and his wife Jodi.”
The TV personality, 70, teased that he will open up about Jon in his forthcoming memoir, “Nine Lives and Counting,” out next year.
“For anyone who has suffered a terrible loss please know God restores and redeems,” he concluded. “Happy birthday son, love you both.”
Including Jon, the “Dog’s Most Wanted” star now has 13 children from his numerous marriages and past relationships.
Beth died in June 2019 at age 51 after a lengthy battle with stage 2 throat cancer. Just 10 months later, Duane became engaged to Francie Frane.
The couple tied the knot in September 2021 in Colorado surrounded by close friends and family.
“We appreciate the support and well-wishes as we begin our life together,” the groom told Pvnew at the time.
Absent from the intimate event, however, was Duane’s daughter Bonnie Chapman, who had publicly accused him of being racist and homophobic.
“I have expressed time and time again my ever-growing disappointment in my father’s progression into his old racist ways,” Bonnie, now 24, wrote in an August 2021 Facebook post.
“I had forgiven my father after my mother’s death for countless actions that I shouldn’t have.”
Duane claimed he was not racist and insisted he was given a “pass” by his black “brothers” to say the N-word.
“I thought I had a pass in the black tribe to use it, kind of like Eminem,” he added.
