Ozzy Osbourne spent his 75th birthday surrounded by family.

The Black Sabbath rocker was all smiles as he posed alongside his wife, Sharon Osbourne, their children along with their respective spouses and five grandchildren in a snap posted to Instagram Monday.

He was seen in the center of the snap holding onto Kelly’s 1-year-old son, Sidney, while the “Fashion Police” alum smiled right aside her beau, Sid Wilson, 46.

As for Sharon, 71, she huddled close to her son, Jack Osbourne, 38, his wife, Aree Gearhart, 40, and their four daughters: Pearl, 10, Andy Rose, 7, Minnie, 5, and Maple Artemis, 1.

Kelly, 39, pinned a special tribute to the Prince of Darkness, revealing more about his “low-key” birthday celebrations.

“Yesterday was my Dadda’s birthday although we kept it low key we had the best time. We are always the best versions of ourselves when we are together,” she wrote alongside the family photo.

“I love my family so much it hurts. Dad you are the other pea in my pod. I love you to the moon and back.”

Ozzy celebrated another year of life after admitting he doesn’t expect to live more than a decade amid his health woes.

“At best, I’ve got 10 years left and when you’re older, time picks up speed,” he said during his Rolling Stone UK profile last month.

The Grammy winner — who has an assisted suicide pact with his wife — furthered he doesn’t “want to have a long, painful and miserable existence.”

“I like the idea that if you have a terminal illness, you can go to a place in Switzerland and get it done quickly,” he continued. “I saw my father die of cancer.”

Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2003, but he didn’t reveal them publicly until 2020.

Parkinson’s, a progressive nervous system disorder that affects movement, has no cure but can be alleviated by medications or surgery, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Two years later, the rocker underwent a fourth spinal surgery to help fix repercussions from a 2019 fall, which largely impacted metal rods that were in his body following a 2003 bike crash.

“It’s really knocked me about,” he told Rolling Stone. “The second surgery went drastically wrong and virtually left me crippled.

“I thought I’d be up and running after the second and third, but with the last one they put a f–king rod in my spine. They found a tumor in one of the vertebrae, so they had to dig all that out too.”

Ozzy, who started touring in August 2022, was forced off the stage months later as his conditions worsened.

“That’s one of the things I’ve been the most f–king pissed off at: I never got the chance to say goodbye or thank you,” he said.

Despite his setbacks, the “Iron Man” rocker still hopes to perform at least once more.

But for now, he refuses to go back on stage to “do a half-hearted” performance in a wheelchair.
