The world’s top art collectors, Hollywood royalty and billionaires are descending on the coastal Floridian city for the annual Art Week celebration.

Between their days shopping for pricey art pieces and their nights partying at the ritziest exclusive soirées, they get to rest and recuperate at some of the most beautiful hotels Miami has to offer.

Take a look at some of the sweetest suites going for top dollar during the fair.

1 Hotel South Beach: $60,000 a night

The 1 Hotel South Beah’s luxurious Sky Penthouse suite goes for a staggering $60,000 a night during Art basel Miami.

The suite, part of the hotel’s Retreat collection, is two stories featuring four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, an expansive living space, kitchen, dining area, pool table, den and a 5,300-square-foot rooftop terrace with sweeping ocean views.

Guests staying in the suite enjoy several perks, including complimentary round-trip airport transportation, a personal guru to assist in check-in, early check-in, late check-out and packing services.

Perks include welcome amenities according to the guest’s profile or special requests, a welcome champagne and fruit platter upon arrival and a complimentary daytime cabana.

Guests also have the option to stay in the Oceanfront Four Bedroom Suite for $25,000 a night. Those staying in the two-story, 4,328-square-foot suite will enjoy a stunning state-of-the-art full kitchen, and customizable bedding and can enjoy food and drinks, including the award-winning Champagne Bar and Michelin-starred The Surf Club Restaurant.

The lavish suites were revamped in 2020 as part of the hotel’s $30 million renovation.

Penthouse guests will enjoy perks such as complimentary car transportation throughout their stay, 24/7 butler service, access to Bass Museum, VIP tickets to the Art basel Miami art fair and entrance into any of the hotel’s exciting partnership events during Art Week.

The Ritz Carlton South Beach Suite costs a staggering $15,000 a night during Miami’s Art Week.

The one-bedroom presidential suite has waterfront views with a wrap-around balcony, a plush massive living area, a dining area, a separate dining room and a beautiful marble bathroom.

Guests get club lounge access as well as complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, Hors d’oeuvres, dessert and cocktails. They can also book a connecting room to turn their accommodations into a two-bedroom suite.

Guests staying at The Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Trésor Tower Penthouse will have to fork over $10,000 a night during Art Week.

The 4,500-square-foot, five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath retreat spans an entire full floor of the hotel, making for a private escape.

The 1,550-square-foot luxury includes two bedrooms, three furnished private balconies with

Guests staying in the 1,600-square-foot space can also treat themselves to Ortigia bath amenities and the room gives off a stylish throwback feel with leopard-print benches and a pink rotary dial phone.

Pharrell Williams and David Grutman own the art deco-designed hotel and will be offering VIP events and live music throughout the week.
