Lisa and Lenny Hochstein’s prenuptial agreement has been revealed.
As part of their bitter divorce battle, the famed plastic surgeon shared their entire prenup to prove the now-estranged couple had agreed for the “Real Housewives of Miami” star to move out of their marital home within 30 days upon the decision to file for divorce.
The prenup, obtained by Pvnew, does, in fact, dictate that Lisa should move out. However, it also shares intimate details of Lisa and Lenny’s financials.
The document, which the Bravolebrity is fighting to invalidate, states that should the marriage last 10 or more years, the “boob god” must pay Lisa $1.5 million.
For each year after the decade mark, Lenny will pay an additional $200,000.
The prenup also states that Lenny should pay Lisa $10,000 per month in temporary support — if, and only if, she “accepts” the divorce petition and doesn’t challenge it, which is not the case.
It was also dictated that Lenny would contribute “a minimum” of $2,000 per year to Lisa’s retirement fund. Additionally, Lenny agreed to give Lisa $1,000 per week to “spend as she sees fit.”
The allowance ended when Lenny officially filed for divorce from the reality star; however, all gifts and jewelry given to Lisa by Lenny remain as her property.
Tacked onto the prenup, which was signed on Oct. 15, 2009, were financial disclosures that detailed Lisa’s and Lenny’s assets at the time of signing.
Lisa, who was unemployed at the time, entered into the prenup with $317,068 in total assets, which included her $110,000 engagement ring.
Lenny, however, entered into the prenup and marriage with close to $16 million in assets.
Pvnew broke the news in May that Lenny planned to — and ultimately did — file for divorce from Lisa after 12 years of marriage.
The divorce has been acrimonious, with Lisa accusing Lenny of cheating on her with current girlfriend Katharina Mazepa. Lenny has denied any infidelity allegations.
In April, a judge ruled that Lenny must pay Lisa $8,000 per month.
Just two weeks later, the doctor claimed his estranged wife was “bleeding” him dry financially by charging $10K to Instacart.
Lenny also recently accused Lisa of shoving and verbally assaulting him, which resulted in the police arriving to their home.
“On this occasion he entered my bedroom without my consent while I wasn’t yet fully dressed and refused to leave while calling me names in front of the children and taunting me,” Lisa later told Pvnew in a statement.
The former couple share two children: 7-year-old son Logan and 3-year-old daughter Elle.
