Katie Holmes is still on the market.
The “Dawson’s Creek” alum’s rep confirmed to Pvnew that she is not dating her talent agent, Jeremy Barber, despite reports questioning her relationship status after the two were seen hugging in New York City.
On Saturday morning, Holmes, 44, and Barber were spotted embracing on the sidewalk during a stroll.
The mom of one — who was dressed casually in a white T-shirt, gray pleated skirt and Adidas sneakers — smiled as she wrapped her arms around Barber’s shoulders while he held a cup of iced coffee.
Barber is a partner in the Motion Picture Literary and Talent Departments at UTA, the talent agency Holmes signed with in December 2022.
The platonic outing came more than six months after she and boyfriend Bobby Wooten III called it quits after eight months of dating.
“Katie and Bobby broke up last week,” a source told Us Weekly in December, explaining that the two simply “didn’t work out together for the long run.”
The insider added that the “Batman Begins” actress was “no longer [talking] about him to his friends.”
Holmes and the Grammy-nominated instrumentalist were first linked romantically in April 2022, when they were seen locking lips on a steamy stroll in Central Park.
The “First Daughter” star’s mom was also there for the outing, prompting fans to believe that their romance was serious.
The following month, Wooten and Holmes made their red carpet debut at the Moth Ball’s 25th Anniversary Gala.
“I’m happy to have [Katie] here as my date,” the musician gushed to Us Weekly at the time.
Prior to Wooten, Holmes dated chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. for eight months until May 2021.
She also quietly dated Jamie Foxx for six years, but Pvnew exclusively reported that they split in May 2019.
Holmes was also married to Tom Cruise from 2006 to 2012. The “Alone Together” star and the “Mission Impossible” actor, 60, share 17-year-old daughter Suri.
