Heather Gay is the latest Bravolebrity to fess up to using the Type 2 diabetes drug Ozempic to shed a few pounds.

However, the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star, 49, admitted she hasn’t seen a drastic change in her weight.

“I’ve been on it for a long time, but hadn’t really seen much results,” she told People Wednesday at PvNew’s Women in Reality TV event in Los Angeles.

“And I haven’t had massive results, but enough for people to notice, which is great.”

Gay has witnessed, however, that people treat her differently even with just minor weight loss.

“You lose five pounds, people are nicer to you,” the reality star said.

“I don’t know why. It’s just the way the world works and that makes me sad for women. But happy that I’m down five.”

In October, Gay’s co-star Mary Cosby body-shamed her during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.”

The church leader, 51, questioned on the Bravo talk show whether the “Bad Mormon” author’s Gucci corset was real or not, commenting at the time, “No, I don’t think Gucci makes that.

“I’ve never seen a corset in, like, a size 14. Have you?”

Gay then clapped back via social media by posting a selfie of herself in the corset on Instagram and captioning it, “Thank you @gucci for being so inclusive. ❤️ #RHOSLC.”

However, the Beauty Lab and Laser founder also told People that “it’s hard” because women put “so much pressure” on themselves.

“And I have three daughters that I love and I don’t want them to have my genetics or have to struggle with society’s standards of beauty,” she added. “I just wish that there was a solution for all of us.

“But I’m feeling like I’m coming into my own a little bit and I think the glow up might be a little bit from that, too. But I’ll give credit to all the medical intervention. It’s my business.”

Gay is one of many stars to seek medicinal help to drop a few pounds in what has become a growing Hollywood trend in recent months.

“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Emily Simpson admitted in June that she used Ozempic to kickstart her weight loss while “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dolores Catania was one of the first to reveal she took the drug to help her slim down.

Even men have jumped on the bandwagon, with Tracy Morgan sharing in August that he takes Ozempic injections weekly to lose weight and business mogul Michael Rubin crediting Ozempic competitor Mounjaro to shed some unwanted pounds.

However, Sharon Osbourne, who has dropped to less than 100 pounds, has warned fans against the dangers of using the diabetes drug for ulterior motives.

“I could do with putting on a few pounds. But at this point, the way my body is, it’s not listening,” she admitted earlier this month.

“I think it needs to be in the hands of older people that totally understand that there can be side effects to this. I don’t want young girls [to take it] because the world we live in today, everyone wants to be skinny.”
