Bre Tiesi shared in a new lawsuit that she suffered a miscarriage after a July 2021 car accident.
The “Selling Sunset” star included the “loss of an unborn child” in her list of the “serious injuries and damages” she sustained in the crash, according to court documents obtained by the Blast Thursday.
Tiesi, 32, is suing the other driver for her “physical injuries” and “costs of past and future medical treatment.”
She accused the defendant of operating “their vehicle negligently and carelessly” rather than “in a safe and reasonable manner.”
The other driver acknowledged in a court filing that the real estate agent experienced an “alleged miscarriage” after being rear-ended in Burbank, Calif., per the report.
Tiesi’s rep did not immediately respond to Pvnew’s request for comment.
The paternity of the reality star’s unborn child is not mentioned in the suit.
Six months after the accident and ensuing pregnancy loss, news broke that Tiesi was expecting a baby with Nick Cannon.
She gave birth to their son, Legendary, in June 2022.
The little one was Cannon’s eighth child, as he previously welcomed twins Moroccan and Monroe, 12, with ex-wife Mariah Carey, followed by son Golden, 6, and daughter Powerful, 2, with Brittany Bell.
Twins Zion and Zillion, 2, and son Zen also joined his family with moms Abby De La Rosa and Alyssa Scott, respectively. (Zen died in December 2021 at 5 months old.)
Since Tiesi gave birth, Cannon’s family has grown by four more.
The “Masked Singer” host is now the father of daughter Onyx, 1, with LaNisha Cole, as well as daughter Beautiful, 1, with De La Rosa, son Rise, 1, with Bell and daughter Halo, 11 months, with Scott.
Tiesi, who clarified in a June 2022 “Know for Sure” podcast episode that she and the other mothers are “not in a cult,” is “open to” having more kids with Cannon.
“I do and I don’t [want baby No. 2],” the Netflix personality explained to “Entertainment Tonight” in June.
“Part of me does want to give [Legendary] another sibling, but he has a few of those, so I don’t think he’s necessarily missing out. But it’s hard.”
It is unclear when Tiesi and Cannon’s romance began, as she told “Daily Pop” viewers they were “on and off for years” before Legendary’s arrival.
“I’ve always come back,” she said in March 2022. “I just respect and love who he is so much as a person. … He treats me amazing.”
