Sarah Jessica Parker’s son, James, made a rare appearance with his dad, Matthew Broderick, on Tuesday.
The 20-year-old smiled alongside his proud-looking father as they posed for photographers at the New York City premiere of Broderick’s new movie, “No Hard Feelings.”
Broderick, 61, looked dapper in a perfectly-tailored gray suit layered over a pink plaid collared shirt.
The “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” alum completed the look with his signature round-frame glasses, a red tie and brown oxfords.
Meanwhile, James was all grown up in a black suit and tie. While his outfit appeared classic at first glance, James showed he had his mother’s edgy fashion sense by wearing purple socks.
At one point, the “Lion King” voice actor was seen sweetly adjusting James’ tie before throwing his arm around his son for a photo-op.
Parker, 58, and Matthew also share 14-year-old daughters Tabitha and Marion, though the twins were not seen at the event.
However, several notables made their way down the carpet for the premiere including the film’s star, Jennifer Lawrence, who was accompanied by her parents, Gary and Karen Lawrence.
David Harbour, J. Smith Cameron, BJ Novak and Emily Ratajkowski were also in attendance and partied at Bellini at Harry’s Table following the screening.
“No Hard Feelings” follows the story of a desperate woman (Lawrence) who agrees to date a wealthy couple’s shy and awkward 19-year-old son before he goes to college – all so she doesn’t lose her childhood home.
The comedy also stars Natalie Morales, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Kyle Mooney.
James, who usually keeps a low profile, was also spotted attending a Tribeca Film Festival event with his dad just last week.
Parker is quite private about her family, though the “Sex and the City” star did take to social media in October 2022 to wish her son a happy 20th birthday.
“20 years ago today … the plates shifted. All the feelings I had ever known, deeper, magnified and in brilliant new colors,” Parker captioned throwback photos of James.
“Today the kaleidoscope spins with all the memories. In all the glorious shapes, changes and perspectives you have brought to our lives.”
James is a college student who attends Brown University. The “And Just Like That” actress shared how difficult it was to send him off to college when he started his freshman year in 2021.
“The house is different. We are different,” Parker wrote on Instagram of the transition. “They need us more. And far less. So many know.”
Just three months later, Parker was back with her son as the stepped out to attend the premiere of her HBO Max show.
Meanwhile, Marion and Tabitha joined mom and dad at the “Hocus Pocus 2” debut last September.
