CANNES — Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Mack Hollins is giving his “thoughts and prayers” to ex-NFL player Kroy Biermann amid his divorce from Kim Zolciak.
Despite admitting that he hadn’t “heard of” the former athlete, Hollins looked for the silver lining as the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” stars go through their bitter separation.
“Hate to hear that. Maybe it’s a win. I don’t know the scoop,” Hollins, 29, told Pvnew at Stagwell’s Sport Beach at the Cannes Lions Festival Tuesday, adding that he’s more of a “Real Housewives of Potomac” fan because that’s where he grew up.
“Maybe it’s a win for him. Is she good? Is she not good?” Hollins — who grew up in Rockville, Maryland, before being drafted to the NFL in 2017 — said.
Bravo fans will know that both Biermann, 37, and Zolciak, 45, are anything but “good” as they fight for custody over their shared minor children.
The now-estranged reality stars called it quits in early May after 11 years of marriage and a slew of financial woes.
The duo — who tied the knot on Nov. 11, 2011 — share four kids: Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia.
The “Don’t Be Tardy” alum is also mom to Brielle, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 21, from previous relationships. Kroy adopted Zolciak’s daughters when they were minors.
In court documents obtained by Pvnew, Zolciak accused Biermann of having an issue with marijuana and requested he be drug tested regularly, as she “fears” for her kids’ safety.
Biermann hit back at Zolciak’s allegations with a set of his own, claiming the Bravolebrity is “abusive” and argued the children should be protected from her with help from a court-appointed guardian.
In the seemingly never-ending back-and-forth, Zolciak’s attorney then claimed her estranged husband’s “mentally abusive” behavior has “taken a toll” on the entire family.
“Kim has always been an extremely devoted mother to her children,” Zolciak’s attorney said in a statement.
“They are her entire world, and she is always there to love and support them every step of the way.”
