Marc Anthony’s seventh child has arrived!
The singer’s wife, Nadia Ferreira, gave birth to their first baby together on Sunday.
“God’s timing is always perfect,” the salsa artist wrote via Instagram over the weekend in both English and Spanish. “Happy Father’s Day.”
The couple did not share the infant’s name or sex in the social media upload.
The pageant queen, 24, revealed her pregnancy news in an Instagram post in February.
“Best Valentine’s Gift Ever!!!” Miss Universe Paraguay 2021 captioned a sweet snap of Anthony, 54, resting a hand on her bare baby bump.
News of the couple’s expanding family came on the heels of their Miami wedding.
Ferreira and the Grammy winner married in January, eight months after Anthony got down on one knee.
Prior to the pair’s romance, Anthony tied the knot three times, most recently finalizing his divorce from Shannon De Lima in 2016 after two years of marriage.
Anthony was previously married to Jennifer Lopez from 2004 to 2014, and the “No Me Ames” collaborators share twins Max and Emme, now 15.
And while married to Dayanara Torres from 2000 to 2004, he welcomed sons Cristian, 22 and Ryan, 19.
Anthony is also the father of daughter Arianna and son Chase with ex-girlfriend Debbie Rosado.
The actor has struggled with working fatherhood, telling “CBS Sunday Morning” viewers in 2016 that he “would have loved” to be a stay-at-home dad.
“The one regret would be that what I chose to do took so much of my time,” he explained at the time. “What I would have done to have … witnessed every second of everything.”
He noted, “Didn’t work out that way. … It’s the one thing that just tugs at me.”
While reflecting on the “sacrifice” he has made for his career, the Latin entertainer asked, “Was it worth it? … You sort of start to wonder.”
