Erin Foster is starting a family!
The “Barely Famous” alum announced on Thursday that she and husband Simon Tikhman are expecting their first baby.
“It feels like we need something positive right now, so I’d like to offer something,” the 41-year-old captioned her bump debut via Instagram.
In the Thanksgiving social media upload, David Foster’s daughter stood smiling outside with her hands on her hips while Tikhman sat at her feet.
He commented, “Me too!”
The couple have been together since 2018, with the businessman proposing the following year.
In December 2019, the duo walked down the aisle.
The bride called newlywed life “safe and cozy” while speaking to People two months later, gushing, “We honestly really love being married — it’s fantastic.”
Later that same year, she became an aunt for the second time as her sister Sara Foster gave birth to daughter Josephine, now 3.
Sara, 42, and fiancé Tommy Haas are also the parents of 13-year-old daughter Valentina, born in November 2010.
As for her own family plans, Erin made headlines when she hit back at pregnancy speculation earlier this year.
The Favorite Daughter co-creator wrote via Instagram in August 2023 that she was going to be “insane … as a mother” — and quickly clarified that she was not expecting.
“Guys I’m not pregnant,” she wrote. “I said WHEN!! Delete all your nice DM’s to me.”
Erin and Sara come from a large family as their dad also shares daughter Jordan, 38, with their mom, Rebecca Dyer.
Additionally, the composer, 74, is the father of daughters Allison, 53, and Amy, 50, from previous relationships.
The Grammy winner most recently welcomed son Rennie, now 2, in February 2021 with wife Katharine McPhee.
