Barbie has left the building.
Margot Robbie made a bold departure from the very pink wardrobe she wore while promoting “Barbie” on her first red carpet since the actor’s strike ended, wearing a sexy corseted ‘fit to the premiere of “Saltburn” in Hollywood Tuesday night.
The “Babylon” actress, 33 — who served as a producer for the forthcoming thriller film starring Jacob Elordi and Barry Keoghan — ditched her bright fuschia minis and pale pink gowns for a sheer chocolate brown corset and unbuttoned, folded-over suede trousers with an ultra-wide leg silhouette.
The edgy outfit was part of the Schiaparelli fall/winter 2023 runway show, and she accessorized accordingly with a bold beaded triple-strand choker.
Robbie wore her blond hair in beachy waves for the premiere, posing with fellow producers Josey McNamara and Tom Ackerley (who is also her husband) on the red carpet.
Tuesday marked the “Suicide Squad” star’s first premiere since the SAG-AFTRA strike ended earlier this month, with her last red carpet taking place during the promotional tour for “Barbie” over the summer.
Although Robbie wasn’t able to attend some of the hit movie’s final premieres because of the actor’s strike, she certainly squeezed in plenty of pink looks before the red carpets came to a halt.
Whether it was a fuschia polkadot minidress or a glamorous pale pink evening gown that nodded to Enchanted Evening Barbie from 1960, she took her role as the Mattel doll quite seriously.
Now that the strike is over, Robbie can move on to promoting other projects, like “Saltburn,” which was produced by her production company, LuckyChap Entertainment.
She doesn’t star in the film — which also features Rosamund Pike and Carey Mulligan —but fans can look forward to seeing Robbie in an upcoming “Ocean’s Eleven” movie that’s currently in production.
And while her Barbie era seems to have come to an end, we’ll always have those pink carpet memories.
