Drew Barrymore’s tattoo collection is growing.
The talk show host, 48, got some fresh ink while live on air this week, adding the phrase, “I Am Human” permanently to her wrist.
She documented the process of getting her 12th tattoo in a TikTok video Wednesday, featuring “Ink Master” season 15 contestant, Jon Mesa.
“I’ve been getting tattoos at different times of my life, ever since I was 13 years old,” she explained. “I think I’ll be getting tattoos for the rest of my life.”
When the “Drew Barrymore Show” host was asked whether she likes all of her tattoos, she quipped, “I like 9 … and today we’ll make it 10.”
“Ink Master” host, and tattoo aficionado, Joel Madden, also made an appearance.
“I’m impressed because I’ve been watching and you haven’t made a face,” Madden, 44, said.
“I love ‘I Am Human,'” he added, co-signing the idea.
“We all talk bad to ourselves. We’re the meanest to ourselves. If someone talked to us like we talked to ourselves, we’d kick them out of the room.”
Barrymore noted that the “Good Charlotte” rocker’s seal of approval meant a lot to her.
“It set me on my way on little clouds and wings,” she said.
This wasn’t the first time the former child star has been inked up on-air.
Guthrie had the words “all my love” inked on her body in honor of her father, who died from a sudden heart attack when she was a teenager.
“This is an exact carbon copy of my father’s handwriting,” she said on the NBC morning show.
“‘All my love.’ He wrote a love letter to my mom and this is his writing. And, so that’s the first time in my life, I’m 51 years old, that I’ve had a tattoo, that I ever wanted a tattoo. And it’s not only his writing, so he’s with me, but I’m trying to make it my mantra for life.”
