Ioan Gruffudd’s eldest daughter, Ella, is accusing his girlfriend, Bianca Wallace, of “abuse,” according to court filings obtained by Daily Mail.
The 13-year-old — who filed for a restraining order against Gruffudd and Wallace last month — claimed that she “slammed a door on her head” following an explosive argument at her famous father’s home.
In the filing, Ella detailed the alleged altercation — which she claims took place on May 26 — and noted that it was the first time that she had met Wallace.
Per the outlet, which includes in its article a copy of Ella’s declaration, the teen was upset to see the “Fantastic Four” star’s new girlfriend at the residence given the fact she was there for an “overnight visit” and had “told him in the past” that she didn’t want to meet Wallace.
Ella claimed she was “so upset” with Gruffudd, 49, that she “threw milk on his bed, poured mustard on the floor, and threw raw oatmeal on him” — prompting the pair to allegedly call her “manipulative,” “abusive” and “narcissistic.”
Yet, once Ella attempted to leave, things allegedly got physical between her and Wallace, who “tried to block her” by “raising her arms.”
“I was able to make my way around her, and I opened the door,” she claimed in the filing. “I was able to walk halfway out the door, but while I was still in the door frame, the Respondent slammed the door on me, causing the door to hit me on the head as well as my arm. My arm got bruised, and I had small bump on my head.”
According to the Daily Mail, the filing included images of bruises on Ella’s arm and hand, which she says were a result of the alleged altercation.
She and her 9-year-old sister, Elsie, then allegedly ran downstairs and into the street before their father was able to catch up to them.
She allegedly “yelled at him, ‘Your girlfriend slammed a door on me!’ to which he responded, ‘No she didn’t, no she didn’t, stop lying.'”
A family friend allegedly then drove the two girls back to their mother Alice Evans’ house.
The following day, Evans allegedly saw the bruising on her daughter and they decided to report the incident to the police.
Ella then requested a restraining order against Wallace for five years, claiming that she “is afraid” for her “personal safety.”
Hearings for the cases against Gruffudd and Wallace are scheduled for June 22 and June 23, respectively.
Reps for Gruffudd did not immediately return Pvnew’s request for comment.
Less than a week after the alleged incident, Gruffudd and Wallace were all smiles while out and about in Los Angeles.
The pair, who were both dressed in black athleisure, flashed giant smiles to the cameras as they took their dog out for a walk.
Meanwhile, Gruffudd has been battling the girls’ mother and his estranged wife in and out of court in recent years.
Gruffudd filed to divorce Evans, 54, in March 2021 after 14 years of marriage.
Soon after, the British-American actress accused Ioan of having a three-year affair with her friend, saying he “mentally tortured” her when they were together.
In response, the “Forever” alum filed a request for a restraining order against Evans, claiming that she threatened to “make false public accusations,” “sell false stories to the press” and “destroy” his career if he left her.
“Alice threatened to tell people I had abused her and our daughters,” the petition further alleged, “threatened to call the police on me if I did not comply with her demands.”
He has since been granted a three-year restraining order against his ex-wife amid their ongoing custody war over their two daughters.
