Diane Sawyer has sold her stunning Martha’s Vineyard beachfront mansion for $23.9 million.

Investor David Malm closed on the Cape-style estate known as “Chip Chop” this week after the broadcast journalist listed it for $24 million in August.

The compound — which Sawyer owned with her late husband, Mike Nichols — is situated on a sprawling 20 acres of land along the water and features 10 bedrooms, nine bathrooms and two powder rooms.

The Massachusetts estate is comprised of the primary residence, a two-bedroom caretaker’s home, two detached bedroom suites and two beachfront cottages known as “The Shacks.”

Photos obtained by Pvnew show an up-close look at the luxurious property as well as the beachy modern interior that created a cozy yet updated aesthetic.

The bedrooms have unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, and a beautiful fireplace warms up the wood-paneled grand living area.

Attached to the main house is a massive porch with outdoor seating, and the yard holds a tennis court and a big swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery.

The magnificent manse was originally designed for the legendary actress Katharine Cornell by Eric Gugler, the renowned designer who transformed the White House’s West Wing during President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s term.

Over 28 years, Sawyer had the home meticulously renovated, refurbishing the antique-style windows and doors with a complex hand-carving technique.

This summer, the legendary “20/20” anchor, 77, opened up about parting ways with the iconic abode, which she and the film director bought in 1995 for $5.3 million.

“Five grandchildren have run through the halls, learned to swim in the warm waters, gathered moss in the forest,” she told the Wall Street Journal.

“At Thanksgiving, both enormous fireplaces in the great room give off warmth and golden light.”

She added, “We have always felt so lucky to be together in this magic place.”

Sawyer’s husband died in 2014 after suffering a heart attack in their Manhattan apartment. He was 83.
