Late “Wild ‘N” Out” girl Jacky Oh‘s plastic surgeon has sued multiple former patients for claiming in online reviews that he botched their procedures.
Zachary “Dr. Zach” Okhah of PH-1 Miami, whom Oh visited for a “mommy makeover” just days before her sudden death, went after Leila Penn in July 2021 for more than $30,000 after she wrote a RealSelf review that alleged he had “mutilated” her.
Okhah claimed in court documents obtained by Pvnew exclusively that Penn’s statements were “false” and defamatory.
He also accused her of encouraging prospective patients to seek services elsewhere “by directly engaging with” the commenters on the review website.
The board-certified surgeon voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit without prejudice, meaning it can’t be brought up again, in December 2021.
In August of that same year, the “BBL specialist” filed a lawsuit, also obtained by us, for $30,000 against Kyla Neirenburg for claiming in a Google review that “happy patients” of his “don’t exist.”
She also wrote in her review that patients inquiring about Okhah’s services should read his reviews on RealSelf because any positive ones on Google were likely “fake” and “written by their own staff or friends.”
Okhah once again argued that Neirenburg’s review was defamatory, only to voluntarily dismiss his suit without prejudice in December 2021.
Okhah didn’t immediately return Pvnew’s requests for comment.
Oh, whose real name was Jacklyn Smith, died Wednesday in Miami at the age of 33. The cause is under investigation.
The longtime partner of “Wild ‘N Out” star D.C. Young Fly is survived by her three young children: daughters Nova and Nala and son Prince.
D.C., whose real name is John Whitfield, was filming in Atlanta at the time of Oh’s death.
“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented ‘Wild N’ Out’ family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed,” BET said in a statement.
“Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the ‘Wild N’ Out’ cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children.”
