“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” stars Monica Garcia and Heather Gay are taking the drama to court.
After Gay’s Beauty Lab + Laser sued her fellow cast member in August over a missed payment, Garcia countersued the following month, according to The Sun.
The Brea Baby creator, 40, accused the company of giving her “botched” nose and lip injections in her amended counterclaim on Tuesday.
Garcia admitted to only paying a $400 down payment and a $49 set-up fee for the cosmetic services in the filing — but said the filler was “negligently given” and “did not have the intended, promised result.”
Although Beauty Lab offered to “fix the damage,” Garcia “paid for another, competent party to” do so instead.
In addition to attorney’s fees, pre-judgment and post-judgment interest and other remedies, Garcia is seeking a to-be-decided amount at trial for “consequential damages” less than $50,000.
In Beauty Lab’s initial filing, the medical spa requested Garcia pay them “not less than $2,000” for the 10 months’ worth of $200 payments that she did not make.

The Utah-based company, which Gay has co-owned since 2017, claimed to have “suffered, and continue to suffer, significant losses and damages” from the breach of contract.
Garcia, meanwhile, alleged that the company sued her over Gay’s “personal animosity” toward her.
The drama has yet to play out on Season 4 of the Bravo show, which premiered in September and marked Garcia’s first time onscreen.
As for Gay, the 49-year-old has been on “RHOSLC” since its start in 2020.
The entrepreneur has feuded with many co-stars over the years, most recently clapping back at Mary Cosby last month after the event planner body-shamed her on “Watch What Happens Live.”
