Kara Keough Bosworth’s fourth child has arrived!
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum and her husband, Kyle Bosworth, welcomed baby No. 4 on Wednesday, a daughter named Stetson.
“She came screaming into our hearts and hasn’t stopped squawking since — earning @kyleboz’s best nickname yet: ‘Squeaks,'” Kara captioned the infant’s Instagram debut on Saturday.
“So many people prayed fiercely over this birth and we are seeping with gratitude that we got exactly what we prayed for: to bring our baby home,” she continued over the weekend. “If you need me, I’ll be thanking God and pinching myself.”
Kara shared sweet snaps of her “heaven-sent squish” being held by her older siblings.
The little one joined 7-year-old sister Decker and 2-year-old brother Vaughn.
Vaughn was Kara and Kyle’s rainbow baby, as the now-toddler joined the family one year after their newborn son McCoy’s death in April 2020 from childbirth complications.
When the couple conceived their fourth baby, Kara felt “scared as hell” to share the news with her Instagram followers — but did her best to “celebrate every second.”
Although the daughter of former “Housewife” Jeana Keough kept her pregnancy journey with Vaughn “private,” she told her kids the day of her positive test.

“Decker tells every person willing to listen that she’s the oldest of four kids as she lovingly strokes my belly,” Kara, 34, gushed in her July announcement. “The joy spills out of her; she can’t wait to tell the world about Baby ‘Four.’
“It SHOULD be a happy occasion that they’re getting another sibling,” she continued.
However, Kara admitted that she felt a “cautious reluctance to let the excitement fully absorb” the news before her November due date.
“But I can’t deny that it feels right that those that have sat with us on our grieving bench should have a seat in our joyous swings too,” she concluded.
Jeana, 67, subsequently shared the news in an Instagram post of her own honoring her “beautiful daughter and family.”
Kara often honors her late child in touching Instagram tributes, writing in May that she wishes she had “one more hand to hold.”
Two months later, she explained how putting her “heart out for all to see” and “grieving out loud” has helped her “name [her] feelings and confront them.”
Kara has been married to Kyle, a former NFL player, since February 2014.
