Haters are slamming Kim Kardashian for acting “like she’s middle class” and “complaining” about her struggles as a single mom.
The “Kardashians” star — who shares children North, 9, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4, with her ex-husband Kanye West — said on Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast Monday that parenting is “really f—king hard.”
However, some listeners were quick to question how involved Kardashian, a billionaire, really is with her four kids.
“She also talks as if she doesn’t have A FULL STAFF OF PEOPLE HELPING HER WTF,” one person commented on YouTube.
“Kim has 4 nannies, one assigned to each kid. Motherhood is not hard. Nannies are raising her kids. She needs stop trying to act like she’s middle class,” another troll wrote.
“She has Nannie’s [sic] and a lot of support in comparison to the average woman, and yet she still complains,” a third agreed.
“So much fakeness and contrived drama in their lives. Has so much background help from nannies. Yiou [sic] would swear she does it all alone,” one more chimed in.
The Skims founder, 42, and her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner all reportedly employ nannies to help raise their family’s next generation.
While Kim got some hate for her podcast appearance, many fans appreciated and related to her candid remarks.
“Loyalty to her family, friends and loved ones is the one thing I most respect about Kim. As well as the patience and forgiveness she has for people, even those who have made mistakes or wronged her. It’s really admirable,” one of the top YouTube comments read.
“Shes [sic] so well spoken and have [sic] said beautiful and really wise things here! I admire her, it’s exactly what she said: people pick and choose what they want and people choose to hate her no matter what and I think shes [sic] a beautiful, smart and really resilient woman!” another admirer wrote.
Throughout the episode, the Hulu personality detailed the challenges she faces as a single parent.
“There are nights I cry myself to sleep. Like, holy s—t, this f–king tornado in my house. Like, what just happened?” she told Shetty.
“You know, with all the moods and the personalities, and sometimes they’re fighting, and you know, there’s no one there,” she added.
“Like, it’s [just] me to play good police officer and bad cop.”
Kim also noted she is working on “being a little bit firmer” with her brood.
“It is the most rewarding job in the entire world. It is. There is nothing that can prepare you,” she explained.
“I don’t care how long you wait. I don’t care what you’re waiting for. You are never prepared.
“But you will figure it out, and it will make you so proud of yourself that you figured it out and that you got through the day.”
Kim filed for divorce from West, 45, in February 2021 after seven years of marriage.
Despite months of highly publicized attempts on West’s part to win back his former wife, a judge declared the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum legally single in March 2022.
The exes’ divorce settlement last November gave them “equal access” to their kids, with the “Stronger” rapper paying Kim $200,000 a month in child support.
